In the search for architecture excellency, through the years, Margres craved its signature in innovative projects, in Portugal and all around the world, distinct in scale, materials and forms. This was a strategic course that also has allowed recognition, prestige and achievement in the ceramic sector, certified by the preference of architects and interior designers that choose Margres products for their own projects.
Thus, in order to materialize and award architecture, something so unique and everlasting, Margres created MARGRES ARCHITECTURE AWARD, an architecture biennial prize, that aims to distinguish, promote and encourage public appreciation for international architecture. The biggest challenge is to assess the true potential of each architectural project as a whole, pursuing to bring new themes and discussions that actively contribute to the cultural enrichment of architecture in its infinite layers.
